Hire costs & terms and conditions

Our charges

Race Night = £300* (for up to 8 races) 

Additional races can be shown at a cost of £25 per race – inclusive of tote tickets and an auctioning of the horses – if required.

*Please note additional cost will be incurred if Lambourn Races are asked to supply Tote sellers and Treasurer.

Galloping Gourmet night = £325

Inter-Course Racing = £325

Please note, we do not ‘Hire-out’ our films or projection equipment for ‘Do It Yourself’ events.

Our prices are thoughtfully composed to communicate just how much we value ourselves, our customers and our racing presentations.

Master of Ceremonies

The above hire costs, include the services of a Lambourn Racing Master of Ceremonies (MC), who will take full charge of running the event for you.  All you have to do is appoint a responsible person to look after the money being raised on the night – and then, both you and your team of organisers can relax – and simply enjoy the evening!

Your MC will come equipped with an unlimited supply of pre-printed race cards and tote tickets, up to 10 filmed races, a 5ft/6ft screen, a DVD Projector & DVD Player,  a Microphone and a PA sound system. He or she will help your Treasurer calculate all the odds and amounts paid to all winning tickets.

Unforeseen circumstances

We  strongly recommend that you reserve a provisional date for your function as soon as practicable. Settlement of our fees can be by cash, cheque at the end of the evening or by BACs transfer prior to the event. Please be aware that we will need to charge travel expenses where the travelling of long distances is involved. (Please also note that we are not registered for VAT.)

If your event is to raise money for charity we will not charge any booking, postponement or cancellation fees – unless the event is cancelled 5 days prior to your date – and only then if we have incurred any film hire or courier charges.
